Can I buy something on this website?

Not yet — we don’t have online payment set up. Everything on this site is real stock with its real price, so find what you want and then call us at (828) 393-9572, email us, or come in.

Can you hold something for me or ship it?

Yes. Call or email and we’ll sort out pickup at the shop or shipping anywhere in the United States. We’ll confirm the cost with you before anything goes out.

Are the prices on this site current?

They come from the same point-of-sale system we ring up sales on, and we refresh this site from it. If something has changed by the time you call, we’ll tell you straight away.

Do you accept returns?

No — all sales are final. Please check sizing and details before buying. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us and we’ll help. See the return policy.

Can I get an item monogrammed or personalized?

Many items, yes. Email the item and the name or initials you want and we’ll quote it with a turnaround time before you commit. See the personalization guide.

Do you do alterations?

Yes — clothing alterations and mending of any kind. Email [email protected] for pricing.

How do I pay?

In the shop, or over the phone when we arrange an order with you. We’ll tell you what we can take when you call — there’s no online checkout to worry about.
