Please check sizing, colour, and any personalization details carefully before you confirm an order. We’re happy to answer questions, measure something, or send you a photo — call (828) 393-9572 or email us first. That’s much easier than sorting it out afterwards.

Personalized items

Personalized and monogrammed pieces are made to order, so the no-returns policy applies to them as well. Double-check spelling and dates when you confirm the quote. See the personalization guide.
