Personalization & Monogramming Guide
Many of our clothing, keepsake, and gift items can be personalized or monogrammed. Here’s how it works.
What Can Be Personalized
Personalization availability varies by item — product pages that support it will say so in the description (for example, monogrammed overalls or an engraved keepsake). If you don’t see it mentioned and would like an item personalized, ask us: many pieces can be customized even if it isn’t called out on the page.
How to Request Personalization
Email [email protected] with:
- The product name or link
- The name, initials, or date you’d like added
- Your preferred thread color or style, if relevant
We’ll follow up with a personalized quote and expected processing time before you order.
Processing & Returns
Because personalized items are made to order, please allow extra processing time beyond our standard fulfillment — [BUSINESS OWNER MUST PROVIDE THIS — typical turnaround]. Our store-wide policy is no returns, which applies to personalized items as well as standard inventory, so please double-check spelling and details before confirming.
Alterations & Mending
