Personalization & monogramming

A lot of what we carry can be monogrammed or personalized — clothing, keepsakes, and gifts. Here’s how to ask for it.

How to request it

Email [email protected] with:

• The product name, or a link to its page on this site
• The name, initials, or date you’d like added
• A thread colour or style, if you have a preference

We’ll reply with a quote and tell you how long it will take before anything is ordered or started. Nothing is charged until you’ve agreed to both.

What can be personalized

88 of the items currently on this site mention monogramming or personalization in their own description. Plenty of other pieces can be done too, even when the description doesn’t say so — if there’s something you want personalized, just ask and we’ll check it for you.

Before you confirm

Personalized pieces are made to order, so please double-check spelling, initials, and dates before you confirm. Our store-wide policy is that all sales are final, and that applies to personalized items as well as regular stock. See the return policy.
