Privacy policy

This page describes what this website does with your information. It is written to match how the site is actually built.

What this website collects

Nothing. emmasbabyboutique.net is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no shopping cart, no checkout, and no database behind it. We don’t run analytics or advertising scripts, and we don’t set tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site itself rather than a third party.

Search and browsing

The product search on this site runs entirely inside your browser using a file downloaded with the page. What you type is not sent anywhere.

The contact form

The form on the contact page opens a message in your own email program with the shop as the recipient. It does not submit anything to this website. Your message reaches us only if you choose to send it.

When you contact us

If you call, email, or come in, we keep what you tell us for as long as we need it to answer your question or complete your order — typically your name, contact details, and what you asked about. We don’t sell it or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Payments

No payment is taken on this website. Purchases are completed in the shop or arranged by phone, and card payments in store are handled by our Square point-of-sale terminal. We don’t store your card number.

Hosting

Like most websites, our host and its network provider record standard server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and reliability. We don’t use those logs to build a profile of you.

Questions, corrections, or deletion

Email [email protected] or call (828) 393-9572 and we’ll tell you what we hold and remove it if you want us to.

Changes

If the site starts doing something different — adding online checkout, for instance — this page will be updated before that goes live.
